Privacy Policy
Keytrics Connector is the Google integration component used by Praiviq. It lets an authorised user connect selected Google services to a Praiviq Account and, where chosen, a company within that Account.
Google data we access
We request access incrementally. A user chooses each connection separately: Gmail read or send, Calendar read-only, selected Drive files, Analytics read-only, Google Ads, or Business Profile. Praiviq only calls the service the user explicitly connects.
How data is used
- Mailbox data supports user-owned mail context and approved workflow delivery.
- Calendar and selected Drive access support user-requested workflow context.
- Analytics, Ads and Business Profile data support selected company reporting, analysis and workflow context.
- Google Ads synchronization never changes bids automatically. Any future write requires a separately enabled permission and explicit confirmation.
Storage, sharing and security
OAuth tokens and provider identifiers are encrypted at rest. Connections are bound to their owner, Praiviq Account and optional company. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or automatically made visible to Account or platform administrators. We share it only with processors needed to operate the requested service and subject to applicable safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Operational data is retained only for the configured service purpose and retention period. Users can revoke Google access in their Google Account and can request deletion of their connector data by contacting us. Revocation stops new provider calls; deletion requests are handled subject to legal and security record obligations.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Praiviq's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
