Terms of Service
These terms apply to authorised testing and use of Keytrics Connector, the Google integration component used by Praiviq.
Authorised use
You may connect only Google accounts, properties, advertising accounts and business locations that you are authorised to access. You remain responsible for selecting the correct Praiviq Account and company context.
User control
Each Google service is connected separately. You can revoke access through Google or ask us to disable and remove a connection. Ordinary data synchronization is read-only. External changes, including email delivery or advertising mutations, require the applicable Praiviq safeguards and explicit authorisation.
Acceptable use
Do not use the connector to access another person's data without authority, circumvent Google or Praiviq security controls, send unlawful communications, or perform deceptive advertising activity.
Availability and responsibility
The connector depends on Google APIs, permissions and quotas. During the testing phase it is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Users must review business-critical reports and proposed external actions before relying on them.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms as the connector evolves or provider requirements change. Access may be suspended when permissions are revoked, security is at risk, or use violates these terms.
